At a time when most of us would be enjoying the fruits of our labor in our retirement years, the JET Team (and many happy customers) is enjoying the creative magic of Mollie and Joe otherwise known as RoughMagicCreations. Mollie and Joe are members of Maine Made: America's best, where their work is on display in the Maine State Office Building in Augusta. To learn more about the organization, please visit MaineMade.
On a personal note I must tell you that our talented duo are so very down to earth and Mollie always exudes an upbeat and hilariously funny attitude that just shine’s anytime you’re in her presence, like a bright ray of sunshine you just have to smile when she’s around!
When you look at some of the art in their shop you will undoubtedly get the sense that they are true nature lovers, animal lovers and good stewards of the resources in their corner of the earth.
For example take a look at the beautiful necklace above, featuring a gorgeous butterfly, expertly crafted from recycled (and eco-friendly) copper, then hand hammered and flame torched to a wonderful patina. Can you see the love and care that went into this creation?
Want more nature inspired and eco-friendly art? It just doesn’t get any better than the bookmark below! It would make a perfect gift for any Maine dweller!
While you will see many beautiful offerings from Mollie & Joe in their line of jewelry, you can also find delightful items for the home, like this stunning Woodland Wreath to decorate your doors or walls.

Now we’ve shown you so much inspired design in this one shop and home studio, but if you stopped there you’d really be missing out on much more! Because Mollie and Joe are the proud proprietors of not one, or two, or even three but, SIX, yes, count them - SIX - shops including their most recently created! As Mollie says ... ”what I do when we get snowed in and I’m going cabin fever crazy!”
