Jet of the Day 3/31/11: Art Made by Tammy

Today's Jet of the Day is the gracious Tammy, of Art Made by Tammy on

Creating jewelry is an art in and of itself. Tammy takes this art and raises it to a whole next level. I am happy to feature some of her hand painted and  enameled jewelry pieces. The lovely face above is "Women in Black and White" and she is a hand painted pendant necklace.

Those pieces that are not handpainted all have that special Tammy touch that renders them incomparable.

Art Made by Tammy  is a Pandora's Box of beautiful things. Things you need, things you never knew you needed, and things that you know are perfect for someone close to you.

Once you are there, you cannot stop yourself from wanting to see what will come next. It is like shopping in your favorite gift shop that always has something affordable, new and uncommon.

Choose from one of a kind, handmade precious metal wearable art; or vintage and modern, chic styles of  jewelry.
Silver Camera Pendant Necklace with Swarovski Crystal on Gunmetal Chain
Antique Copper Birds and Topaz Brown Vintage Hoop Earrings
Tammy also makes lovely floral hair accessories and fanciful beaded bookmarks and lots of other perfect gifts.

Clear Purple Flower Bookmark on Antique Silver

I have a feeling this guy will be very popular this Easter. He is 7.5" tall, but he does have little brothers and sisters, too. He is made out of heavy textured felt, stuffed with poly-fill, and hand-sewn with love.
Look Mom, No Cavities!
Tammy is not only a multi-talented artisan. She is a wife, a mom of three, a very active JET member. And to me, (and I am sure many others) she is a welcoming friend who always has time to help.

Seven hundred happy Etsy customers have already made Tammy's their favorite gift shop. If you have not done so yet, time to shop for handmade necklaces, earrings, bracelets, hair accessories and more!

As if Tammy is not busy enough, she has awesome deals on jewelry supplies - at her other site on Etsy, Tammy's Treasures.
She also writes a blog and has a beautiful website where you can see, learn and shop!

Follow Tammy on Facebook and Twitter and you can  find her on Squidoo, too.

Thank you for reading,
